Kon Puan Sai Fah is a story of 2 guys who were coincidentally born on the same day, only minute apart, same hospital and even the same doctor.  One is "Ith" and the other is "Tan."  

Tan's family raised him with love, while Ith's parents raised him with money. Despite his terrible upbringing, Ith grew up to be successful and very popular in school.  

As faith would have it, Tan moved to the same high school on his senior year.  Suddenly Ith became second to Tan in everything.  Even Jig, Ith's girlfriend, dumped him for Tan, even though Tan already had a girlfriend. 

With the help from his best friend and a psycho, Ith planned to get rid of Tan, his nemesis, forever and be the only guy in Jig's heart again.   Would he be able to do it?  Find out the faiths of Ith, Tan and Jig in Kon Puan Sai Fah.

NOTE:  In my opinion, despite all the talented actors in films, this movie is not good at all...the plot is not convincing  and the camera and editing were poorly done...and, i hate to say this, Tik (as Tan) acted like a total dork here ::sobs::  (Warning: see this movie only if you are super obsessed with Tik and must see all his films)
